  I wanted to get clarification as to whether this software is for PC or MAC.... the platforms listed are PC OSes, but the link name shown to get additional info sort of raises the question if this is MAC software.... which one is correct ????

  Hey! Jerry, thanks for your interest in Wondershare Software. The Wondershare Video Converter Platinum is for PC but not for Mac. BTW it is fully compatible with Windows 7.

  Hello,
  I converted an mpg-file with unusual dimensions (352 x 240) and chose 'use original dimension / frame rate'. The program however changed the dimensions to 360 x 240, therefore it took almost 25 minutes to convert, whereas normal conversion just took 90 seconds with a tool that actually used the original dimensions. What can be wrong?

  Wondershare Video Converter Platinum supports adding FLV file for converting to AVI or MPEG4 formats. When you have imported FLV files, please choose "Common Video--AVI-Audio Video Interleaved Format(*.avi)" or "MP4 AVC(*.mp4)..etc format" before converting. You could also choose HD Video formats if you need higher output quality.
