I purchased Odin Screen Capture last week. I did not received any instructions on how to use it. When I try to use the hot keys nothing happens
.
Tried to contact Customer Support, but advised it could not connect to them. May be a great product if it actually worked.

I am very disappointed with this product.

What interests me most about this is:
1. "the ability to capture scrolling windows", applications, and websites.
2. screen capture annotation possibilities (as in what they are compared to what I currently use: Jing supplemented by Paint, Photoshop for certain thing - I also have SnagIt but I don't use it much.)

I've downloaded and experimented with this Odin Screen Capture application. While I see references on the BoomerApp product pages for these two features, I'm having difficulty finding references to them on the actual Odin website product pages or within the application itself.

Where can I find help/documentation on how to use these two features?
